Shaheen Shah Afridi, a fast bowler for the Pakistan national cricket team and the captain of PSL team Lahore Qalandars, was born on April 6, 2000.
He is a professional cricketer from Pakistan. In all formats of modern cricket, he is recognized as one of the best bowlers. Lahore Qalandars, under his direction, were the first side in PSL history to successfully defend their title after winning their first PSL championship in the 2022 season.
They went on to win the 2023 season as well. He is the first person from Pakistan to receive the Garfield Sobers Award.

Shaheen Afridi is a member of the Pashtun tribe known as the Zakhakhel Afridi. He was raised in Landi Kotal, a town in Pakistan’s Khyber District near the Afghan border.
He is the youngest of seven brothers, the oldest being Riaz Afridi, who played one Test match for Pakistan in 2004 and is 15 years older than him.
Shaheen Afridi had previously only played tennis-ball cricket until Riaz Afridi introduced him to hard-ball cricket during the FATA Under-16 trials in 2015.
Shaheen was chosen for the Under-16 tour of Australia in November 2015 as a result of his success at this level. He contributed to the 2-1 victories in the One-Day and Twenty20 series by taking four wickets.
Personal Life:
Shaheen Afridi proposed to Ansha Afridi, the daughter of Shahid Afridi, in March 2021. Afridi was appointed as a goodwill ambassador and given the honorary title of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in the KPK Police in July 2022.
Afridi would create the new Lahore Qalandars uniforms for the 2023 PSL, it was announced in January 2023.
